Landlords can choose from a range of services and varying fee structures, including:
- Let only - charged at 12% of the total rent for the tenancy, inclusive of VAT.
- Letting and Management - charged at 18% of the monthly rent, inclusive of VAT.
- Tenancy agreement fee - £90 inclusive of VAT
- Property Emptycare Service - £144 per quarter, inclusive of VAT

However, choosing the right tenants is about more than just their financial status. It is also about finding them the right rental property to meet their lifestyle choice. We aim to find you the perfect tenant that will pay your rent on time and look after your property.
We are members of the Deposit Protection Service and fully adhere to their guidelines and code of conduct. We are not CMP insured.
If at any point your property is empty for a length of time, we can provide an emptycare service, where the property is fully inspected on a weekly basis whilst you are away.
